Electronic records and consent
What to review when a separate application form presents electronic records and consent choices.
Review each consent in the form
Using a guide, calculator or request selector on 1500Loans does not itself authorize a credit application or electronic delivery. If you choose to use the separate application form, read the form’s electronic-record, privacy, marketing and credit-authorization language before you accept or submit anything.
Check which business is asking for consent, what records or messages it covers, how long it applies, and whether it describes sharing with another provider.
Keep a copy of what you accept
Save or download the disclosures and completed agreement if the form or provider offers them. Electronic consent in an application is separate from selecting preferences on this website. The actual application service and provider explain their own record-delivery and withdrawal procedures.
If you have questions
Do not submit the form if you cannot identify the business, understand the consent or find the disclosures that apply. Ask the business named in those disclosures for clarification. For questions about this website, use the 1500Loans contact information.
